We made several comprimises but they are not too severe and there are some compensation.
We wanted lots of seclusion but it is almost impossible and still met some of the other requirements. This property is only 6.26 acres but still has a good amount of seclusion. One of the reasons for the the seclusion was so that the dogs could have free reign of the property, well, the entire property is fenced! There is some road noise from Redwood highway (199) but it is not too bad and probably relatively low at night. The benefit of close proximity to the highway is quick access to the Grants Pass Three Rivers hospital - 17 minutes.
The property is mostly on a slope with level areas with some deciduous trees but mostly pine trees. The driveway is fully paved and there is a remote controlled security gate.
