New Hopeful Not Good

We just got back from OR. We viewed 5 properties, Griffin being one. The Griffin house was spectacular but the access and property way too steep. Yes, it is on a mountain. It is ~20 degrees colder than the valley. It would be great if we were 20 years younger but we will be in our 60's when we fully retire and this property is not a good choice...
