July Trip

Airline tickets bought.Started a list of what we want to send via UPS to OR and what we will buy when we get there. We'll probably buy a air mattress for this trip. We will probably look for a pickup to buy while there so we don't have to rent in subsequent trips. We figure a pickup would be the most practical. A TV would be the next pick...

Done Deal!!!!

As of Monday, 6/13/2011, we now own the property, or more correctly, we own (the bank & us). We are planning to go out in the latter half of July to check everything out, buy a bed, some other furniture and maybe to for a vehicle...

Almost there!

The loan documents finally have been sent to the title company. They title company will attach some other docs and then send the package to us for signature and return with the down payment and closing funds... Probably will miss the closing date of June 10, will slip into next week. Our agent sent us an extension to sign just in case...
